FACULTY GUIDE
Before the semester begins, coaches collaborate with faculty to align support strategies and introduce the
mselves to students. Throughout the semester, coaches maintain regular communication, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing coaching referrals raised by faculty through PimaConnect. At the semester’s end, coaches ensure all referrals are resolved, gather feedback for improvement, and coordinate with faculty to address any concerns. Monthly updates from the program coordinator keep stakeholders informed about coaching initiatives and successes. Faculty can use the attached guide to understand how they can support their embedded coach and how their coach will support their cohort of students throughout the semester.
