15 Google Workspace

Adjunct faculty have full access to Google Workspace tools through their MyPima login credentials. These tools support communication, collaboration, and classroom management.

Below is a list of key apps and what you can do with them:

Gmail
Email and Communication
Access your Pima email account, send and receive secure communications, and manage your inbox. You can also personalize messages with Gmail templates or use Mail Merge to send customized messages to multiple recipients.

Google Calendar
Scheduling and Events
Manage your teaching schedule, set up recurring events, and share your calendar with colleagues or students for improved coordination.

Google Meet
Virtual Meetings
Host online classes, office hours, or meetings. Track attendance when students join via their MyPima accounts.

Google Drive
Cloud Storage
Store, organize, and share files securely in the cloud. You can collaborate with others in real time on shared documents.

Google Docs
Word Processing
Create and edit documents collaboratively, add comments, and use the built-in citations tool for formatting references.

Google Forms
Surveys and Quizzes
Collect information from students, create quizzes, gather feedback, or build sign-up sheets using simple forms.

Google Slides
Presentations
Design and share presentations for lectures or student projects. Integrate with other Google tools for seamless delivery.

Google Sheets
Spreadsheets
Track grades, attendance, or other data using spreadsheets that support real-time collaboration.

Google Scholar
Research Database
Search for peer-reviewed research, articles, and citations to support instruction or scholarly work.

Google Groups
